Annabelle, a young Apprentice.

This is the first commission I ever received. This is Annabelle in her early stages of her second Apprenticeship. She had a feeling that her life would never be the same after seeing the 'death' of her first Master at the hands on her new Master, who was once a student along side her.

Master and Apprentice of Old...

Master and Apprentice. Annabelle was a determined scholar, seeking the position of Lorekeeper and powerful Force user. She felt that nothing could stop her, especially with her Master at her side. A combat focused Master and a Force focus student, truly a powerful duo.

Young Love.

Annabelle had two great loves in her life. There was one from her Acolyte days, but it was short-lived. It was during her second Apprenticeship that she fell in love with a man known as Matentus. They had to hide their love from their Masters and the Powerbase, but both could not deny that the risks were worth it, if it meant that they could be together.

A New Start.

Gone were the people close to her. Her Master. Her best friend. Her love. She was left alone to fend for herself, and she took on this new challenge with both hands. Annabelle became Assistant Lorekeeper, the first ever Assistant in the new regime in the Powerbase. Next, she did her Sith Trial and passed, becoming the next Household Sith and first to ascend from her Acolyte and Apprentice Pool. She achieved many things, on her own, without the help from her former alliances.

Embracing Power with No More Fear.

She knew that her old life gave her a new opening, but it was also her weakness, her chain. Therefore, she erased her past, took away her slave markings that framed her face, scratched out her name and replaced it with another. She was known as Kaer, and she made peace knowing that Annabelle died in the tomb that took this woman from being a Neophyte to a Household Sith and the Powerbase's new Lorekeeper. Her solitude gave her the passion and motivation to become unstoppable and strong, despite facing dangers and near death experiences. She embraced the Dark Side in its entirety, and she loved it.

A New Master.

Kaer took on the mantle of becoming a Master. Her first Apprentice was the female Twi'lek known as Leive and her second was a male Sith-Blooded Human known as Johran. Kaer took her all the lessons that was given to her and perfected them to her new students. The Powerbase looked down on her Alien Apprentice whereas Kaer saw a challenge as well as true loyalty and dedication in Leive. Kaer learned what a Master should and should not be like, and ensured to be a better Master to her new students.

New Challenges.

The war carried on in the galaxy. A beautiful, destructive dance between the Republic and the Empire. Kaer soon realised that the time was coming for to leave the title of Household Sith and seek a more powerful title...a Sith Lord. Many challenges came to her, but she did not let her stop her pursuit in seeking more power.

The First Love Returned...

The war front on Orsus came to an end, but it was only the beginning. Kaer learned of a very private secret, and had to protect and hide this fact as she was at the war front. Little did she realise that the man she loved first had returned to the Powerbase. Almir Priaa, her young love from their Acolyte days came back from years of silence, and there in the midst of war, Kaer found conflicted, and felt her old life, Annabelle, pounding at the door, wanting to be with Almir.

She returned home, secrets begging to come out and there he was, waiting for her in her home. Later that night, after much discussion, the two rekindled a love long forgotten and chose to be together once more, despite what the Powerbase may think of this union. However, the relationship had to be kept secret due to Almir being an Alien. To Kaer, his race did not matter to her. She saw a man who she deeply loved and refused to let go again.

A Title Well Earned.

With her old love returned, Kaer felt more determined to become a Lord of the Sith. With this new goal in mind, she did not rest until it was hers. Finally, after a Sith Trial, she claimed the title of Lord and became Lord Iezkon. Though the day did not end there. Lord Sanguinis doubted that Kaer was ready for her new title and responsibilities, and challenged her. What he and the rest of the Powerbase did not expect was for Kaer to survive this duel.

All know the strength and power of Lord Sanguinis, so many thought the fight will be quick with a clear victor, but they were proven wrong. Kaer did sustain injuries but she did not fall, did not quit and stood her ground, even when Lord Sanguinis used the Force to hold her in place and Kaer fought hard with each step. That day and that duel proved to everyone that Kaer was meant and ready to become Lord Iezkon.

A Beautiful Wedding and a New Beginning.

Kaer and A'tul, who also got rid of his past and his name Almir, decided that they did not want to be in the universe without each other. They found their strength in their relationship, and in their bond. Even though the relationship was hidden, they did not care that they would be treated differently, to be looked down upon. They decided to become husband and wife in the eyes of the Empire. They wanted their love to grow and prosper, and it did.

The Lovers...the Warrior and the Force User.

With each passing day, their love grew stronger. They were the perfect duo that complimented each other greatly. Kaer never knew a love like this; a love so strong it fuelled her every single second of every day. She found her true love, someone to have to true connection, not just in a marriage but also a bond in the Force.

Wife turned Widow from the Flames.

The day she feared the most had come to pass: The death of her true love. A Powerbase led into a trap as battle filled the skies; one ship against many. That one alone ship held the most precious thing to the Sith Lord, her husband. Kaer witnessed the brave sacrifice of A'tul when he saw the Republic venturing to the trapped Sith on the ground of Artorias, his wife in great danger. A'tul moved his ship to collide with the flagship of the enemy, and Kaer could nothing but watch the two ships fall down in a rain of fire and debris, then see it fall on a mountain side...
