"In recent months we have seen a surge in pirate activity along the southern borders of imperial space - between so called neutral space and our empire. The analysts of insight have compiled a dossier. Ever living - and growing. I challenge you thus... Analyse the reports, news feeds and other assorted bits of information. 

Compile your findings and report back to me... There may be a reward for you. And should your findings lead to something, you may even have aided the empire.

The visage of the wraith disapears. Replaced by a link to a datacache that seems to indeed be ever expanding.
