Striking the Nests

#1
Name: Sith Sarias

Title and Rank: Household Sith, Head Alchemist of the Horuset Powerbase

Task for Acolytes:

The image of a dark-haired pureblood woman flickers into view over the holo, blue hues doing little to lessen the unwavering stare presented to whomever was looking at the message. Her visage is but a calm face, with little else to be read from it. Her attire is unexpectedly maintained in dark colors, favoring lighter armoring though the tactical placing of armored plating and thicker armor weaves speaks of considerations. For observant eyes, her belt holds what appears to be anything from a medical kit to vials tucked on the hip opposite her lightsaber.

”While we strive to see the war ended and returned home, its during such times of struggle, challenge and conquest the lesser threats to our efforts go unnoticed. The gizka vermin have returned, this time with re-doubled efforts, a testament to their high reproduction rate and ability to consume anything from wiring, metal and other essentials which, if destroyed or damaged, can lead to larger disruptions than simply their presence".

"Acolytes, you will be tasted with capturing and implanting a tracker into any Gizka observed. Such will permit my creations to hunt them to their nests, places fequented and so forth. Perhaps if any of you hold the foresight to take charge, you may be put in charge of assisting such killing efforts".

"Mark under this task if you are intent to aid the efforts. Simply report to the medical bay in Mosila to be provided a chipper, and depart to hunt for any local Gizka".

Number of Acolytes needed: Unlimited [As this is meant to be a general call for action, no limits on who can join. If you decide to go hunt for Gizka, simply form a pair of minimum 2 acolytes, and depart into Mosila. You won't require a GM for this, so you can simply make up little scenarios of finding them in some places, maybe chasing them down. If you'd like it gmed, simply poke me and I'll happily help here and there with pockets of gming]

[You can naturally keep going on such 'tagging hunts' multiple times. So if Acolyte A goes on a hunt with Acolyte B and C, Acolyte A can also go out just with Acolyte D to do it again]

Reward: Ridding Mosila of the vermin, which damages our infrastructure.

Due Date: (CONTINOUS) - aka, until the Gizka are dealt with enough.

OOC'ly, poke me over discord with questions.

Ongoing Crisis
The Republic Marches amongst lit fires!

The Balance of Power in the Northern Territories!

After the Republic liberated Pollus from Imperial influence, Anx Minor was devastated by I.T.E.C.’s nuclear mining and lingering Sith presence, while the Kesmere Ridge remained largely intact, enabling the Republic to steadily infiltrate and influence its powerful corporate systems. On Tertiary Kesmere—the largest hub—three megacorporations dominated: Oriyn Prospecting discovered resources, Kessdyne Resource Group extracted and profited from the capital Vethar’s Reach and its Ciivic Council, and Haeltor Maritime handled off-world transport. Beneath the façade of economic growth, however, The Republic secretly aimed to turn Tertiary Kesmere into a strategic launch point for operations in the Northern Territories. Contacted by Moff Vayen Korr, the Marshalling Prefect of the Northern Territories, the Pentarchy of House Horuset took on the job of delaying the Republic's actions. With preperations laid it culminated in a strike planetside lasting only two weeks to ignite anarchy. Acting covertly to sabotage Republic progress, they destabilized the region, leaving chaos in their wake as corporations collapsed under their own deception and local anti-corporate guilds rose up—unaware of the Empire’s hidden hand behind the unrest...

((OOC: Missions that relate to grand changes in the Northern Territories will have an impact on the balance of power shown above, with the end result being that the balance of power's state will determine how strong the Republic will be in given areas area. The balance of power can be pushing in our favour with bigger scale events aimed at taking the Republic down or fortifying ourselves in the North. This can be achieved through Operations, Adventures and Guild Events. The blue represents the Republic, and the Empire is red! This is organised by the Guild Team, so please direct OOC questions to them.))
